Four Slots for CompactFlash Cards

• Designed with the professional in mind, the UDMA enabled ImageRouter can concurrently transfer data from up to four CompactFlash cards. Instead of downloading cards one at a time with a single slot reader, all you have to do is load your cards into ImageRouter, start the transfer, and walk away. You don't have to return until you're ready to retouch or print your photographs.

High Speed Data Transfer

• ImageRouter is a high-speed USB 2.0 reader that can achieve transfer rates of 29 MB/sec read and 27 MB/sec write with four UDMA cards inserted. Connect two ImageRouters together for transfer rates of 27MB/sec read and 25 MB/sec write with more than four cards!

Built-In Powered Hub

• If you have more than four cards of data to transfer, connect two ImageRouters together, load the additional cards and begin the transfer. ImageRouter has a built-in hub that actually allows you to quickly "daisy-chain" multiple units.

The Perfect Combination

• ImageRouter can be purchased separately or with BackupandBurn software. BackupandBurn automatically renames files based on user-set parameters. Users can specify how the files are re-named and re-numbered and even have Jpeg and RAW files automatically sent to different folders. Images can also be copied to multiple locations and automatically burned to a CD or DVD.

ImageRouter (DDREADER-40)

• The ImageRouter comes without software for use with your file import software of choice. ImageRouter works with all photo management programs. For maximum efficiency, however, use software that allows you to transfer from multiple drives at once, like Backupandburn or Adobe's Lightroom™. You can also manually transfer multiple cards to your computer at once. ImageRouter works with Mac and PC machines.

ImageRouter with BackupandBurn Software (DDREADER-40 KIT)

• The software imports and renames files from all 4 slots on the ImageRouter based on user defined parameters.
• Add more ImageRouters and the software will recognize all slots as individual drives on your computer and read from as many cards at a time as you choose.
• Works within your existing file directory/folder structure to create folders and then copy your images to that folder.
• Copies Jpeg (*.jpg), Tiff (*.tif), and Raw image files.
• For additional security, turn on the archive copy option and BackupAndBurn copies your images to a secondary location to protect your images should your primary machine fail.
• If you use multiple cameras at an event, you can choose to re-number the images based on the time the photograph was taken (the time stamped into the file).
• BackupAndBurn writes a backup copy of all the images for an event automatically to CD or DVD disks.
• Verifies the file integrity of each image and that it has been copied properly to your backup disk.
• Backupandburn is currently only PC compatible. Mac version will be available late summer.
